- Reinforce FDA Authority Over Supplement Regulation: Ensuring consistent oversight by the FDA to prevent mislabeling and misinformation while maintaining the safety of dietary supplements
- Modernize the Drug Preclusion Clause: Updating existing laws to prevent the restriction of innovative ingredients in dietary supplements that have previously been tested or approved as drugs
