Vitalpax salutes our own Brianna Jenkins, Master at Arms, Petty Officer Second Class. Brianna joined the Navy Reserves six years ago and began her training at Boot Camp in Texas. She is stationed in Italy where she spends two weeks a year serving as Leading Petty Officer while working closely with the Italian Marines. She remains mobilization ready through regular training, knowing she could be called upon at any time. She received her BS degree in Biology and Chemistry. We are lucky to have her as a Quality Chemist. She brings many of the skills she uses in her military service. When working with the sailors under her, she gives each responsibility based on personal ability and uses accountability to lead them. Her desire is to have each sailor be as successful as possible. She incorporates this same sense of high accountability on herself in her work as a chemist. The Navy demands strict adherence to rules and regulations with serious consequences for infractions. Rules and regulations must also be stringently followed to pass industry audit compliance and the standard of quality Vitalpax delivers. Brianna is able to easily translate the qualities learned in the Navy to Vitalpax. Brianna brings a strong work ethic, leadership, and competence to our team. We are also grateful to Danny Louwsma, a Navy Veteran, for his service.
