Liquid Supplement Manufacturing

Vitalpax is a cGMP-compliant contract manufacturer of dietary supplements in La Verkin, Southern Utah. We make liquid supplements for brands in the United States and abroad, with fills from 1 oz to 32 oz, including tinctures, in small and large batches. We support each product from concept to shelf: formulation, manufacturing, packaging and shipping.

Who makes liquid supplements for brands in the USA?

Vitalpax has made supplements since 2014. We work on a multi-building manufacturing campus in Southern Utah and manage more than 7,000 unique ingredients a year.

Liquids are one of several formats we produce. The same team makes capsules, tablets, powders, sachets and stick packs. A brand can run several formats with one partner instead of managing several vendors.

Brands come to us at different stages:

  • Founders launching their first liquid product
  • Established brands adding a liquid to a capsule or powder line
  • Distributors and international buyers who need a reliable U.S. supplier

How is a liquid supplement different from a capsule or powder?

A capsule holds a dry blend. A liquid holds every ingredient together in one bottle, and that changes what you need to decide at the start.

  • Taste. Customers taste a liquid directly. Flavor has to be planned along with the formula, not added at the end.
  • Stability. Ingredients share the same bottle for months. The formula has to stay consistent from the first serving to the last, for its whole shelf life.
  • Preservation. How a liquid is preserved affects the ingredient list on the label and how long the product lasts.
  • Packaging. The bottle material and the fill size need to suit both the formula and the way customers will use it.

The details at the start matter. If you settle these points with our formulation specialists before production, you avoid rework, relabeling and delays later.

How does liquid supplement contract manufacturing work, from idea to shelf?

  1. Formula. Our in-house R&D and formulation specialists can create a new formula, improve your current one, or reverse-engineer a product already on the market.
  2. Ingredients. We source from the 7,000+ unique ingredients we manage each year. Read how we work with ingredients.
  3. Production and filling. Your liquid is made and filled in our cGMP facility, in a small or large batch, at 1 oz to 32 oz.
  4. Testing. We test on laboratory equipment that includes High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR).
  5. Packaging and private label. Bottling, labeling and packaging carry your brand.
  6. Shipping. We ship within the U.S. and internationally. If you sell online, we can also help with Amazon registration and marketing.

Bottles, droppers and labels for liquid supplements

We offer the packaging formats most used in the supplement industry. For liquids, these include:

  • Glass bottles
  • Tincture bottles
  • PCR bottles, made with recycled plastic
  • Custom packaging options on request

Private label is part of the service, so your brand goes on the bottle. Cap, dropper and size combinations are confirmed for each project. Tell us your fill size and how customers will use the product, and we will confirm which options fit.

Quality and testing for liquid supplements

Quality is built into the process, not added at the end.

  • cGMP. We comply with Good Manufacturing Practices so that our nutraceutical products meet the required quality standards.
  • Certified facility. Our facility is cGMP and USDA Organic certified.
  • Halal and Kosher. Halal and Kosher supplement certification is available.
  • Laboratory testing. We test on HPLC and FTIR equipment.

Certifications matter even more when you sell across borders. Learn why in Proof of Quality: Why Certifications Count.

Private label liquid supplements for brands in the USA and abroad
