Ruesch joins an elite group of approximately 20,000 students, faculty, staff, and alumni who are inducted into Phi Kappa Phi each year. Membership is by invitation only and is extended to the top 10 percent of seniors and graduate students, and the top 7.5 percent of juniors. Distinguished faculty, professional staff, and alumni are also eligible for nomination based on scholarly excellence.
